Aidyn Trinity Stevens, in collaboration with Serena Barrett, will perform a recital featuring 20th-century art songs, French Melodie, German Lieder, and Contemporary Musical Theatre. Aidyn has studied in the studio of Heather Dudenbostel since 2019. She will present this recital shortly before she graduates from Western Washington University as the Presidential Scholar for the College of Fine and Performing Arts. Aidyn is graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Theatre and minors in Music, Arts Enterprise and Cultural Innovation, and Honors Interdisciplinary. In her time at Western, she has held leadership roles on stage and behind the scenes. Aidyn was an assistant director for two productions and a costume designer for three others. She also sang with the Advanced Treble Choir. In addition to performing, Aidyn is a scholar who explores how the arts can build more inclusive communities. Aidyn is excited to present this recital as an accumulation of her work as a vocalist during her time at university.
