Artist Rebecca Cummins will be giving an artist lecture/presentation in Art 109: Visual Dialogue course in Miller Hall, Rm 138 on May 26, 9-10AM.
The lecture is free and open to public. Transportation, parking, and visiting information.
Her kinetic sculpture 'Lunar Drift: Sun and Moon Pointers' - a collaboration with Paul DeMarinis - is part of the WWU Public Art Collection. The work is in featured in Miller Hall Collaborative Space.
Cummins' work explores the sculptural, experiential and sometimes humorous possibilities of light and natural phenomena, often referencing the history of optics.
