Auditions for the upcoming production of Invincible Ones will take place Friday evening, Dec. 1 from 6-8 p.m.

We are happy to announce that the New Work has been selected for our season! Invincible Ones, written by WWU (BA) and Columbia (MFA) alumni Samantha Cooper, will be led by guest director Lizanne Schader to be performed February 8th-17th! Reeling from their best friend's death, a group of women face what their lives look like in the aftermath. In the wake of loss, they each attempt to answer seemingly unanswerable questions: Who will give the eulogy? Will they ever be able to live alone?  Why did that girl’s brother show up? Drawing on roller derby culture, Invincible Ones explores the way we handle grief, guilt, and a constant drip from the heavens (apartment) above.

Please prepare a 1-2 minute serious, modern monologue and have read the script (available for check-out in the Theatre and Dance Office - PA 395).

Callbacks will be on Saturday, Dec. 2 from 5:30 - 7 p.m.

The character Zoe is on roller skates for much of the play, so those who are looking to audition for that role need to be able to skate.

A sign-up sheet will be posted on the Opportunities board outside PA 395 by the beginning Monday Nov. 20.
