Dance students in Susan Haines' Contemporary Technique class will perform at the Western Gallery exhibition "Looking Up: the Skyviewing Sculptures of Isamu Noguchi."
Students have choreographed pieces inspired by concepts in Noguchi's work--line, space, pattern, and trajectory of movement.
WWU Music professor Bruce Hamilton will provide the music for the informal performance. Audience members are invited to move about the Gallery and experience the dancing as part of the exhibition.
The performance will conclude with a short Q and A with the performers.
