Peregrine Rose Trio

Peregrine Rose Trio (flute, bassoon, and clarinet) focuses on performing classical works written by living composers. The ensemble seeks out engaging and relatable repertoire that is an enjoyable experience for both audience and performer. Peregrine Rose Trio has performed at the International Double Reed Convention, the National Flute Association Convention, the International Horn Society Conference, NAMM and the Music By Women Festival. The trio performs and teaches masterclasses across the United States.
Rose V. Johnson, flutist, received her BA-Music from Northern Arizona University, her MMus degree from the University of Washington, and her MA degree from Azusa Pacific University. Rose is a member of the Ladies’ Quintessential Quintet, Compass Winds, and Peregrine Rose Trio. Rose is sponsored by W.S. Haynes Flute Company.
Lori Shepherd holds a MM degree in clarinet performance from the University of Utah. Lori performs with Trio de Bois, Peregrine Rose, the Ladies' Quintessential Quintet, and Bamboo & Brass Ltd. Lori is sponsored as a Backun artist.
Cassandra Reid Bendickson holds an MMus degree in Bassoon from the University of Arizona. She currently plays with Ladies’ Quintessential Quintet, Peregrine Rose, Tucson Duo Project, and the LüftBassoons. Cassandra is a Moosmann Bassoons artist.
