Advising and Department Resources

Google Drive, Non-Major/Minor

Non-music majors and minors in applied lessons or chamber music can access area policies, chamber music policies, and music scholarship information through our Google Drive Resources folder. Majors and minors should access information through the canvas page. Questions regarding the specific materials should be directed to the area coordinator and applied instructor. If you are having trouble accessing the materials, please contact Lee Anne Frahn.

General Resources

Music Library

The Music Library is located on the second floor of the Performing Arts Center. Enter through the elevator, press level 2, or enter from PAC Plaza via stairs. Our growing collection of music contains more than 126,000 items, including books, bound periodicals, musical scores, records, DVDs and compact discs. Listening stations are located throughout the library. Reference resources in the music library include music databases, electronic journals, writing guides, lists of music suppliers and publishers, as well as specific resources by discipline.

Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarter Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:45 am to 5:45 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed

University Catalog

Students can find information regarding academic policies and GURs, program requirements, graduation requirements, student services, and many more important pieces of information through the University Catalog.

Registrar's Office

Students should check the registrar's office website at least once a quarter to review important dates and deadlines.
