About the WWU Wind Symphony
The WWU Wind Symphony is a select ensemble comprised of the finest Brass, Woodwind and Percussion students on campus.
This concert will feature cornerstone works for the medium such as Vincent Persichetti's Symphony for Band Op.6 and Henry Fillmore's The Circus Bee as well as contemporary works by Aaron Perrine and John Mackey.
The power and expressive capabilities of the Wind Band medium will be on full display Thursday night in the PAC Concert Hall.
