Apply to major in Dance
Contact the Director of Dance, Susan Haines with questions about the application process for the Dance major or Minor.
Students who wish to enroll in the Bachelor of Arts in Dance or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance programs at Western Washington University must submit an audition video for acceptance to the Dance major.
An audition is not required for admission to the dance minor, but dance minors who wish to be considered for advanced placement in technique classes must submit an audition video for placement.
We believe that the study of Dance is for everyone! We offer an inclusive program with different degree tracks and training for beginning through pre-professional dancers.
Acceptance to the Dance program is contingent upon being admitted into Western Washington University.
Interested students are also encouraged to schedule a campus visit.
