NOTE: The productions of The 2022 New Works Series and Men on Boats do not have rehearsal/performance conflicts, so students are welcome and encouraged to audition for both productions.
Dates
- Auditions will be held February 24 and 25 from 5 to 7 p.m. each evening.
- Callbacks are February 26.
- Deadline to sign up is February 23 by 11:59 p.m.
- If you need to change your audition time or if you missed the deadline please email Production Manager, Savannah LeCornu, and email Stage Manager, Avery Wisner to see what options might be available to you.
Audition instructions
- Choose one monologue, 1 minute in length, show appropriate.
- Make sure to fill out the online form below.
- You only need to sign up for a single five-minute audition slot on either 2/24 or 2/25
- Auditions are in-person only in the DUG Theatre (PA 199)
Callbacks
- Callbacks will be held in person on Saturday February 26th, in 199, 10:00am to 1:00pm.
- The callback list will be announced via email on Friday, February 25 after auditions.
- Students are responsible for checking their emails for information about callbacks.
Vaccination required
With the support of the department and the WWU Covid-19 Support Team, this production requires all student performers to be vaccinated, regardless of exceptions/waiver status. Participants will be expected to prove their vaccination status by either presenting their physical vaccination card or a clear and readable photograph of the front and back of the card.
In order to complete the audition registration form, you must first submit a vaccine verification form. After submitting the verification form, you will receive a code to enter in the form below so you can complete your submission.
Rehearsal and Performance dates
- Rehearsals will be held Sundays through Thursdays from 7 to 10 p.m.
- Rehearsals start April 25 and run through May 26
- All day technical rehearsals may be held the weekend of May 27 through 29
- Dress Rehearsals will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. on May 30 through June 2
- Performances are June 3 through 5. There will be two show days on June 4 and 5
- Strike will be held on June 6 and 7
- Rehearsals and Performances will be held in person, following Covid-19 Safety guidelines
