Deadline
Friday, May 10, 2024 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. The form will automatically close; past that time, submission will not be possible.
Notification
Audition results will be shared as soon as rosters are set. You are responsible for checking your WWU emails for this information and for registration instructions. Accepted student lists may also be publicly shared on Monday Matters to congratulate your accomplishments.
Prerequisites for the 300 series acting courses
In order to progress to the 300-series acting classes, a student must have completed (or currently be enrolled in) all three of the 200-level classes with a passing grade of C- or above.
Please be aware that your audition, grades, major status and previous in-class discipline and performance may all help determine if you are on the list.
Instructions for your audition
1. Prepare your audition according to the following guidelines: you have 3-minutes total for two contrasting monologues, from plays of your choice, one of which you may have performed in a previous acting class. Choose material which best showcases your talents as an actor!
2. We will stop you at 3 minutes, so please be attentive to your time when preparing your pieces.
3. Auditions will take place from 10 to 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 11 in PA 199. If you have a conflict with this date, please contact Eva.Gil@wwu.edu
