Ezra Anisman, MFA
About
Ezra Anisman is a sound designer and composer originally from Berkeley, California. They completed their undergraduate education at Western Washington University, where they received a BA in Technical Theatre, a BA from Fairhaven Interdisciplinary College, and a minor in Audio Technology, Music and Society. They went on to complete an MFA in Sound Design at University of California, Irvine.
Ezra is a sound designer because they love telling stories. They use sound and music as storytelling tools because of the way sound is able to move people and bring people together.
Ezra adds their quirky flair to various freelance protects, with a focus in film and post production.
They are absolutely thrilled to be invited back to Western to teach in the programs that shaped them.
