What the Fach? Is a celebration of the multiple sounds, talents and voicings vocalist can sing in. The Fach system was developed in German and helps to specifically categorize different voice types. Our Evening of Song wishes to celebrate all of these different voice types by performing piece outside of the Fach! For instance, a soprano may sing a tenor piece or a baritone might sing a mezzo-soprano aria. Either way, it should be a fun night of music!
