Junior Performance Recital: Valeria N. Dapena Torres
Valeria Dapena Torres is a junior currently studying Vocal performance under Professor Jay Rozendaal, and is and has been an active member of several WWU ensembles, including Advanced Treble Choir and WWU Symphony Orchestra (Harp). She has performed in this year’s mainstage production of Kurt Weill’s Street Scene as well as Puccini’s Suor Angelica in 2022. Her other areas of study aside from vocal performance include musicology and international studies. This summer she is excited to travel to Spain with the WWU Symphony Orchestra.
