Morning Movement with WWU Dance - Fall Quarter!
Pilates, Yoga, and breath work will get you moving mindfully, and the live format of the class keeps you engaged! Connect with alums and the Western community in this all-levels class taught by Associate Professor of Dance, Penny Hutchinson.
Drop in as your schedule permits, you do not need to register for the whole series but please register to let us know which day(s) you will join us.
Beginners through advanced movers welcome.
Class runs October 1-December 3. There will be no class on Friday, November 26.
